Terms of Use
1. What StatsDrill is
StatsDrill is a self-study practice tool for introductory statistics (Statistics I and II): lessons, interactive activities, multiple-choice questions, flashcards, cheat sheets and practice exams. It is original study material and is not affiliated with any college, textbook or examination board. It is not a substitute for your course, your instructor or your course's own assessments.
2. Using StatsDrill
- You may use StatsDrill for your own personal study. You may not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute its content, or use it to build a competing product.
- Chapter 1 (Statistics I) and Chapter 13 (Statistics II) are open to everyone. The 3-day trial opens every chapter once per device. No login, email or card is required to start.
- Your progress is stored in your browser on this device (see the Privacy Policy). Clearing site data or switching devices removes it; we cannot restore it.
3. Plans and billing
- Free: Chapters 1 and 13 are free. No account or login is needed.
- Monthly, $10.00 per month: gives access to the lessons and practice of one semester, Statistics I (Chapters 1–12) or Statistics II (Chapters 13–20), chosen at checkout. You can switch semester in My plan; the price and renewal date stay the same. It renews automatically every month until you cancel. You are charged $10.00 on sign-up and on each monthly renewal date.
- Semester pass, $29.00 one time: gives access to the lessons and practice of one semester, Statistics I (Chapters 1–12) or Statistics II (Chapters 13–20), chosen at checkout. A pass lasts 4 calendar months from the date of purchase. It is a single payment. It does not renew and there is no subscription. When the end date passes, paid access ends and you are not charged again.
- Course bundles, one payment: $45 covers two courses and $59 covers three. If you buy here, your bundle includes Statistics plus one or two different courses you choose at checkout. The available courses are Organic Chemistry, General Chemistry, Statistics, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Physics, Calculus and Anatomy. Only the courses named at checkout are included.
- What a bundle opens: each included course gives you the same access as its $29 semester pass: the paid study content and printable cheat sheets for one semester. At checkout, choose the semester for the course you are buying from. For each other course, choose its semester when you first open it from My plan. That semester choice stays with the pass; a bundle does not open both semesters of a course.
- Bundle dates and payment: paid access starts when your payment is complete. All included courses share the end date shown at checkout, set four calendar months after you start checkout, at the end of that day in UTC. Opening another included course later does not extend that date. You pay once when you buy; there is no subscription or automatic renewal.
- Earlier purchases: earlier all-course passes still cover every course, including new courses launched before the pass ends. Earlier add-ons still cover the extra course or courses bought. The end date recorded for each purchase still applies; an add-on ends four calendar months after the original plan purchase. These products do not renew and are no longer sold.
A bundle is a separate purchase from the 3-day free trial. The trial needs no card, ends on its own and never turns into a paid plan.
Free trial. You can try StatsDrill free for 3 days with every chapter open. You do not need a card, an account or an email to start. The trial ends on its own: nothing is charged, and you go back to the free content (Chapters 1 and 13). Buying a plan is a separate checkout and is charged when you buy; the trial never becomes a subscription. One trial per device. Trial dates are recorded on our server; your progress stays on this device. Any optional email you enter in the app stays on this device and is not sent to an email service. During the trial you can read every cheat sheet in the app; downloading the printable cheat sheets is for paid plans only, and only for the semester that plan covers.
Payments and receipts. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Swift Mart LLC. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars. The total shown at checkout is what you authorize. Your card statement may include STATSDRILL alongside our business name. Open My plan → Manage billing for Stripe’s billing portal, where you can see available invoices and update your payment method.
Cancellation. You can cancel a monthly plan yourself at any time: choose My plan, then Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees. The semester pass has nothing to cancel because it never renews.
Refunds. You can get a full refund within 7 days of the semester pass or bundle payment, or your first monthly payment, no questions asked. Renewal payments after the first are not automatically refundable. Open My plan → Request refund. A refund ends paid access immediately; a refunded monthly plan is cancelled at the same time so there are no further charges. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually shows the refund within 5–10 business days. See the Refund Policy for details. If you dispute a payment with your bank, only the access paid for by that payment ends (in every course it covers); your other purchases are not affected. A bundle refund covers the whole payment and ends the access it paid for in every included course. We do not offer refunds for just one course in a bundle. Any partial refund or bank dispute also ends the access paid for by that bundle in every included course.
